Back home after camping with friends over the last 3 days. We had a great time! The weather was perfect and made for good sleeping weather. We rented a boat and tube on Friday and spent the day on Alum Creek. Made some great memories and had yummy food over the fire. Will post pictures soon when I figure that part out. Oh, did I mention that Boyscouts showed up last night. This morning they were scouting more than nature. They were scouting......Morgan! Luckly, she was not tuned into the situation like daddy was! Haha!
More later! Let the loads of laundry begin! UGH!
Wife, Mom of 2 beautiful girls, and an RN working full time. Whew, I am one busy lady!

Okay, so it's been awhile!
Well, as you can see, I have not been so good about updating. So, it's off to the races now!
The rest of the family is now done with school. This leaves me as the lone person getting up at the crack of dawn to trek off to work. Ugh! These are the days I wish I could find that wonder job. That being, still make my current salary and be able to veg out at home. Then again, I think that would get on my nerves after a bit so I press onward. I will admit however, there is that moment every morning when the alarm clock goes off that makes me dream of the veg out plan.
Since the kids (that includes Shawn) have such an extended summer this year we have purchased a pool. Well, Shawn actually did the purchasing when I left him home alone one day. I came home to a large above ground pool on the side of the house. Don't get me wrong, we had talked about the idea but what a shocker to come home to it set up! The girls love it and it does keep them busy and gives them exercise. Now we need to have some pool parties!!!
Since the pool, I now want to start planning the patio and landscaping to go with it. Did you know that trees are one of the biggest rip offs!! I mean really, who is going to pay money like that?? Wow! I need to trek into the woods and find some saplings to dig up!
Well, that will have to be the update for now. We are camping this weekend so I must go get the troops packed up. Lots more going on for us Wilhelm's this summer so stay tuned! I might even figure out how to get pics on here! (I know you are excited!)

So...what is all the fuss about???
So, a blog....
I have to admit, I have become a "blog spy" for the last month. I have found some pretty interesting things on here while reading all about others. Not that I think I have anything splendid or remotely as interesting to say. Just thought I would try this out and see how it goes.
Some people have told me that they find their release in blogging. Something of a "stress reliever". Personally, I could find better stress relief in a nice bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream and a cup of coffee. But, I digress...
So, the topic of my first official blog is basically to find out what the big fuss is about. What do you find so wonderful about blogging? Is there a special rule book for this sort of thing? I just want to make sure that I am keeping in line with the bloggers etique if I am going to branch out.
Well, I will leave it at that for tonight. I am looking forward to blogging my little fingers out in the coming days/weeks/months. Maybe I will even have a bowl of chocolate chip mint ice cream while doing so! :)
